Mechanical Engineer (Analyst), Level II

  • BS or MS Engineering degree
  • minimum 5 years experience in performing mechanical & structural design and analysise
  • CAD/FEA tools and hand calculations skills when necessary
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret CAD/FEA software
  • preferable CATIA V5 / Ansys
  • Main Catia Modules needed Mechanical parts, Assemblies, Drafting, Aerostructures, Sheet metal, Surfaces and Morphing.
  • English required (75%).
  • Engineer shall be responsible for the analytical support of mechanical, structural & hydraulic / pneumatic components, products design and analysis. Duties include load, stress, fatigue and life analyses static components (some basic of dynamic components when required). Review and validate proposed designs ensuring that they are structurally “fit for purpose”. Prepare technical reports for customer regarding analyses performed.

Detailer, Level I, II, II

  • BS in Engineering or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ yrs experience in the field
  • Proficient knowledge of GD&T, stack-up and fits to components and assemblies
  • Experience performing functional dimensioning and tolerancing of critical components relative to ANSI and ASME specification
  • CAD skills
  • CATIA V5
  • Fabrication & Manufacturing techniques are required
  • Aerospace or automotive experience is a plus
  • English level: min. 65%
  • Detail (2D & 3D) aircraft parts and component part, layout as required facilitating production. Prepare solid models, detail drawings, assembly & installation drawings and technical illustrations as required by project specifications. When required convert drawing and prints to new platform.

Mechanical Checker, Level I, II. III

  • BS in Engineering or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ yrs experience in the field
  • Proficient knowledge of GD&T, stack-up and fits to components and assemblies
  • Experience performing functional dimensioning and tolerancing of critical components relative to ANSI and ASME specification
  • CAD skills
  • Fabrication & Manufacturing techniques are required
  • Aerospace or automotive experience is a plus
  • English level: min. 65%
  • Review solid models and preparation of engineering drawings. Ensure data integrity between detail, assembly and installation drawings, check for form, fit and function issues. Provide basic assistance to drafters and designers.

AD-Interior Design

  • Bachelor of Science degree
  • At least 2 - 5 yrs in the field preferable 8+ years
  • CAD experience
  • CATIA V5 experience is a plus
  • Main Catia Modules needed Mechanical parts
  • Assemblies
  • Drafting
  • Aerostructures
  • Sheet metal
  • Surfaces and Morphing
  • Experience with seating and knowledge or experience in cabinetry, latching, structures, complex structures, and kinematics movement mechanisms
  • Experience with design of commercial interior panels both soft fabric and hard composite construction, sheet metal details, machined fittings and assemblies/installations

Engineer (Tooling Designer)
Full time position
Project period: aprox. 6-12 months

  • BS in Mechanical/ Aerospace Engineering or higher
  • At least with 5 year of direct experience in design, manufacturing, product engineer or related field, or 3+ in tooling, jigs and fixture experience
  • Strong background in mechanical design standards, including fit, form & function and manufacturing processes
  • Strong background in structural analysis, including hand calculations and FEA (ANSYS experience preferred)
  • Knowledgeable in Unigraphics/NX CAD software
  • Familiar with Turbo machinery including: materials, tolerance stacking, international specs, surface finishes and coatings, and welding processes
  • Must be self motivated and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision, prior leadership experience is an advantage
  • Position requires a lot of team working, strong sense of responsibility, initiative and problem solver attitude
  • English level: minimum 80% (fluent) conversation and written communications
  • Develop design concepts integrating customer requirements
  • Designs prototype and production tooling based on concept drawings. Assess fit, form & function of product’s features
  • Checks drawings and parts of other designers for manufacturability, assembly, and serviceability. Occasionally perform some 3D CAD modeling work and checking
  • Perform structural analysis
